Hi,

I am an amateur musician, I've been looking for a place to discuss music, theory and suchlike. Seems like I have come to the right place.

I've been playing the guitar for two years now. I play lots of different genres: blues, rock, (melodic) thrash metal, flamenco, a bit of classical, even some country/folk every once in a while.

I'm a metalhead at heart, my favorite metal bands are Bleed the Sky, God Forbid, August Burns Red, Skindred, Lamb of God, Atreyu

I enjoy a wide range of other music too, from Jimi Hendrix to Wu-tang Clan to Fryderyk Chopin.

I'm looking forward to start socializing here!

velkommen

though i don't like Atreyu or Lamb of God much

i'm into stuff like Meshuggah, Mastodon, Arch Enemy (current line-up), In Flames, Amon Amarth, Emperor, Death, Carcass, Napalm Death and power metal, notably Hammerfall (though I listen to most of the popular power metal around)
