Default AmbientHound is here!

I'm AmbientHound, and I enjoy every genre of music except for country. My favorites are prog rock, experimental, avant garde, jazz, ambient electro, and alternative rap and rock. Glad to be here on the forums

Welcome to the forum, AmbientHound! Good to have another experimental music (and jazz and prog) fan aboard... Who are a few of your favorite musicians in these areas? (Broad question, I know).

Ornette Coleman, King Crimson, Karlheinz Stockhausen, Soft Machine, John Cage, Iannis Xenakis, and Charles Mingus... I like you already.

I'm an avid fan of Xenakis, myself... What are a few of your favorite works of his?
