We had to fight tooth and nail just to get larger avatars, and even then only mods could do it, creating another work around for us on something that should be simple.
just to let you know loathesome pete, we are definitely going to be addressing these things. we do want the sites to prosper, which is why we are taking a more direct approach.

I think it might be good for the mod staff here to at least have an idea of what it is the company is planning.
This.

Just waiting for his cohorts to drop by...
Apparently this is so important that everyone needs to be told once instead of disseminated through us first, the actual staff that the community trusts...

Open your eyes and you'll see it's obviously having the exact opposite effect. Your direct involvement is alienating the membership, which you've made clear is of no concern to you. If profit is all you seek, then get a real ****ing job.

Well it's a good thing the suggestions from 3-years ago are finally getting looked at, perhaps in 3 more years something will actually happen.

you don't even know what our ultimate plans are and you're already passing judgement? see the forest through the trees, bro. this is bigger than you. i wonder if you'll feel horrible when all the sudden all the things you guys have been asking for are suddenly granted? will you still be complaining? give us a chance. it takes money to do this stuff.

I only have what you give me, I judge people on their actions and not their promises. You aren't anyone who I'd like to have running anything, nor is your little buddy Chuck. If you say you're here to help and then go around acting like a ass, how else are we to respond? And I'm not your bro.

I'm kind of hoping that the "restructuring" will in fact help the community by forming better communication between the mods and admins, where they would make these changes with the current community rather than against it.

which kind of leads me to my second question, is keeping the current community in any way a priority or even a concern?
