The other account has a ban on it. Maybe somebody wants a fresh start. Maybe the address comes from a school or an internet cafe. He's volunteered for a name change without a fuss. I don't think the name was intended to start anything, as he's clearly conceded to changing it. All I know is that until he actually does something suspicious, everyone is overreacting.

I'm more than happy to admit when I'm wrong, but this is paranoid and unnecessary until he behaves in a way that would indicate otherwise.

Let me be real here I was Rebel Machine and take all responsibilities for my actions which were in the wrong. I never knew that Howard the Duck also used the Il Duce name or was dead. I just decided to comeback on here and actually give this forum a chance. If y'all banned me again I'd would understand. On the name - I just wanted a name way different from Rebel Machine, so what crap I did under that name could be put in the past. That should explain it.
