Crash says hello

Heya there!
Name's Crash, MasterCrash! Well, actually is Pedro, but we will never ever ever mention that again >_>
I hail from Portugal and I am soon to be 22 years old.
I found this when I googled "Music forums" and by that I assume you guys can deduce why I joined. I wanted to be part of a music forum.
Now, I ain't the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to music and I like lotsa mainstream artists and some artists that apparently aren't that well liked: "Ewwww, he likes Owl City AND Nickelback! Wait, is he really listening to Coldplay?"
"No, no I am not, this is The Fray, but I might as well listen to now."
Of course, I also enjoy a couple more obscure artists. Creature Feature anyone? No? Okay.
My favorite genre is the very simple and generic ROCK! I like rock, I like Alternative Rock, I like Punk Rock, I like Post-Rock, I like Industrial Rock, I like Noise Rock, I like Grunge, I like Nu-Metal, I like... okay you get the point.
I also enjoy a couple other genres and I don't refuse to listen to any band. Unless you just suggest me Justin Bieber or Miley Cirus. Because if you did... shame on you! SHAME ON YOU!
Anyways, the other genres I mostly listen to is Folk, Power Metal, Ambient/Dark Ambient, Industrial and some Indie Pop.
My favorite bands are a lot of them, but since I can't post the link to my Last.Fm before I reach 15 posts or whatever, here's a list of my main fav bands:
Rise Against, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pink Floyd, Florence + The Machine, Foo Fighters, Snow Patrol, Coldplay, Dragonforce, Kings of Leon, Matchbox Twenty, Silversun Pickups, Two Steps From Hell, The Smiths, The Smashing Pumpkings, The Offspring, Bad Religion, Green Day, U2, Seether, 3 Doors Down, Staind, Owl City, The Goo Goo Dolls, Blackmore's Night... That's probably enough for now.
There's life beyond music though. (WHAT?! BLASPHEMY!)
I don't watch much anime, but to compensate I do read lots of manga, I have waayyy too many favs but mainly include: One Piece, Monster, 20th Century Boys, Love Hina, Berserk, Vinland Saga, Gantz, Memories of Emanon and Oyasumi Punpun.
Favorite movies include: Alien series, Lion King, Princess Mononoke.
I mostly watch horror movies or animation movies, but I also love those mind bending ones like Fight Club, Mr. Nobody, Inception, Filth or Memento.
My favorite writers are: STEPHEN KING! ALL GLORY TO STEPHEN KING! KING STEPHEN IS GREAT! and STEPHEN KING RULES THE UNIVERSE! BOW DOWN TO GOD STEPHEN!
Then we reach videogames.
I will say, I spend more time discovering new videogames and learning about videogame history than actually playing games, nonetheless my favs include:
Crash Bandicoot 3, Sonic Adventure DX, Silent Hill 2, Portal 2, Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 and the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney trilogy.
