Default Tuturu everyone

Hi, I am Imakandi, other names are usually Wisp, Kiros or SoulEvans followed by my favorite number 412, when they are taken. Props to anyone catching the references from my names.

I like most music, although I usually prefer faster and jazzy music. My preferred genre is usually Metal, or off genre Metal, but I love Jazz, Rock, Classical, instrumentals, anything with wind instruments, and some Pop/ singer song writer stuff, and Asian music in general. Hello Hello!

Welcome to MB. You seem open minded in what you listen to. That's always nice. Do you have any favorite artists/bands you feel like mentioning?

Definitely! I posted some butchered links in the Hiphop recommendation thread, and I'm not sure if thats alright so I'll just post the band and song names here. I'll try to keep this short, most of the bands I know by name are metal as well.

Diablo Swing Orchestra - Pandora's Pinata (Full Album). These guys mix almost every genre I know of, mostly Jazz and Metal.
Gorillaz - Tomorrow Comes Today, Clint East Wood, 19/2000, The rest of the songs in the best of compilation on Youtube. These guys are one of the only rap bands I like. The other is The Roots.
Diggy Mo' - Heartache Jive, Juves, Challenger, Unchained, Stay Beautiful. Youtube is deleting alot of this guy's music, so you might have to settle for live recordings. I could risk uploading some of their good songs that are missing if you want, but not much. They deleted 2 or 3 songs I have been linking this week alone -_-.
The Ink Spots, Any song, They are an amazing 30s band.
Galneryus - Angel of Salvation, Deja Vu. These guys are my favorite Power Metal band period.
Momoiro Clover Z - Mugen No Ai. These girls are my favorite Jpop 'idols' band, a bit hyper, but thats the best part :P
Yui, Any song. My favorite female pop singer.
Pornograffiti, The Full Metal Alchemist OP 'Melissa'. Ignore their name, they obviously wanted to get attention by using weird American words that Asians don't understand.
Flow, Any Song. These guys and Pornograffiti are my favorite male Pop singers.
Takayoshi Ohmura - Emotions in Motion (Ful Album is good, Especially the first song!). One of my fav guitarists.
Cthonic - Kaoru (acoustic), Defenders of Bu-Tik Palace. A Taiwanese Black Metal band, the first song is alot less Black Metal-ly. Its softer than Rock :P
Machinae Supremacy -Rise of a Digital Nation (The Whole Album is great). These guys are the best 8bit Metal band, their early stuff is unfocused though.
Cherry Filter - Romantic Cat. These girls are a mix between Rock and Jpop. This song makes me cry for some reason I don't understand.
Nightmare - Death Note opening 'The World'. One of my favorite songs. Most of their other stuff seems to be metal.
Minstrelix, Any song. Metal with an opera style.
Serj Tankian and the rest of SoaD. Listen to any of Serj's songs, all brilliant. He is literally a genius. The most of the System of a Down's songs is NSFW.
Rammstein, most of his songs are good.
Norther - Death Unlimited (the song), and Dreams of Endless War (song). I don't like most of his songs, but I love these two. So I would just listen to the individual songs if you don't like Death Metal.
Depapepe, Almost any song is good. They are an amazing guitarist instrumental duo with perfect synchronization and teamwork!
Kamelot - Soul Society, Up Through the Ashes, Karma (song), The Light I Shine on You, Across the Highlands, Center of the Universe, Wander, Nothing Ever Dies, Momento Mori, Rule the World, Blutcher, Mourning Star, and the Silverthorn Album . This is pretty much every song I like from these guys, and I love every one of them! I listed alot because the rest of the songs aren't as.. good to me. They are one of my top favorites despite the fact that I don't like alot of their songs, and the fact that they are a bit too emo for my tastes.

Edit: Forgot to mention Dragonforce - Inhuman Rampage. This is the album that got me into Metal, its a shame that ZP Theart left shortly after this Album. But ZP Theart's band I AM I is really good as well.

I think thats enough. Those are about a 4th of my fav bands that I know by name.
