May start several threads in different parts of the forum to tie them up completely. i have to write it out once and block and copy whilst they have to continually look all over the place. They'll get fed up before I will.

it's psychological condition they have called COGNITIVE DISSONANCE.

What they read they cannot argue with but at the same time they cannot accept it because it disturbs their Fluffy Pink bunny Rabbit world and so they deny it. One of the first symptoms is to throw ridicule at the messenger, it makes them believe they are making argument whilst at the same time attempting to make the nasty information go away.

Orwell wrote about this in 1984 where Winston Smith is fighting against a brainwashed population. He called it Doublethink.

When I first heard the term Truther I immediately knew that Orwell was a genius. Classic Newspeak.

An example of Cognitive Dissonance is described in the Aesop's Fable - The Fox and the Grapes.
