I love the contrast in that photo.

Thanks! I thought at first that I'd have to put something dark behind me, but then I realized I would just have to expose for the highlights, and then the shadows would end up black anyway. All I have are black shirts too, so that helped.

Its a great photo, Canwll. No denying that. I don't like it as a photo of you though, you look depressed.

Yeah I don't know what that is. I think it's my right eyebrow. If you cover up the right side of my face, I look fine. I do have a history of looking sad when I'm not though, especially as a kid.

I was just being rude haha. But the representatives of fashion here in the states are douchebags ... preppy pricks, braindead diva/valley girls, and teenagers...all groups of people I go out of my way to ignore. So for me, fashion has direct correlation with being a moron. So I see and am happy to hear what you're saying about Americans not being into fashion. I think that's great, because it lets me single out the airheads. Perhaps its different. I'm talking much, much more about dudes. Fashion is something most women subscribe to. I think its silly, especially the amount of money spent on wardrobes... but everyone does what they wish with their cash. Some chastise me for buying booze and bud, and I chastise some on buying clothes/shoes.

You seem to do a fair amount of generalizing there. You also say that women are more into fashion, but the truth is actually that many of the biggest fashion houses were started by men. (Mario) Prada, (Giorgio) Armani, (Domenico) Dolce & (Stefano) Gabbana, (Guccio) Gucci, Tom Ford, (Gianni) Versace, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, (Thomas) Burberry, (Hubert de) Givenchy, Karl Lagerfeld, Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, etc. I get a lot of flak for wearing fragrances, saying that it's a woman thing. Well, a lot of the biggest perfumers are also men. To pigeonhole anyone that's into fashion as being a moron, it's pretty ignorant to say the least.
