I've always buzzed my head and I've had a beard ever since I could grow one. Problem is I like my beard longer but hate my hair long so every time I buzz my head I have to trim my beard so I don't look like a complete moron. Yac pulls it off quite well.

I have noticed a lot of people rocking that style lately. I don't watch sports (not even the super bowl).

Baseball has to be the most boring sport out there.

seriously though, not a sport thing, just a convenience thing.
No hair - no hair issues, showers.
Beard - you trim it once a week instead of shaving daily.
If anything, it's the lazy man's look ;)

I think it's a cool look though, to me it looks a little intimidating like someone will think twice before f*ckin with you.
