The whole dogs & peanut butter thing is so passé. It doesn't hold a candle to my main routine (during which a gold-painted man dressed like Pyramaidhead pours a vat of blackstrap molasses and hot candle wax over my head while I try to wrangle four angry screeching cassowaries and evade the wasps circling overhead. I haven't figured out what the ideal musical accompaniment would be though. Maybe a recording of several tornado sirens and/or farm machinery slowed 600%?)

I pretty much sustain myself on simple three ingredient stir frys over brown rice. Tonight I have kale, onion, and mushrooms sautéed in coconut oil.
