Yep! and of course a photo fails to capture the exhilaration of a cold wind and the feeling that you could walk forever. Having said that, I was only ever a day-hiker, heading back to the pubs and bed&breakfast houses in the evening, thank you very much!

I feel glutes with squats but not that much. And when I'm fatigued it's because of quads not because of glutes.

I don't do huge squats but have decent glutes, mostly thanks to squats + lunges...

Yeah, lunges are pretty good for glutes. Especially with a big enough stride.

That slice of my 2nd screen lol It's all backwards too. That pic in the BG is our first facility we put together. It was on TV in the bg on some haunted house show a loooong time ago, because the main building is haunted.

I can't find the show, and I don't even remember what it was called, but there's a pic where you can see it off the the right on #4 of this:
