Being serious here for half a second, do you ride a lot? I just pulled mine from the shop so I'm in hyped up bike mode.

Judging by your pedals (and their clips) I'm guessing you're a "ride to pick up some smokes" kinda gal, rather than "I just banged out a sick 30 mile ride before work" person.

Do people really ride 30 miles before work? :O I don't ride 30 miles unless I get a free t-shirt.

A more recent photo of me (minus the long hair).

Okey-dokey, back to the attention whoring!

Here's a picture I took of myself and my violin last month. My mother bought the dress for me perhaps 20 years ago, and I had completely forgotten about it until I found the dress in a closet while preparing for my photo shoot.

If I don't say so myself (but I do!), I think this photo turned out quite nicely!

Vege you are BEAUTIFUL! To be honest, I didn't expect you to actually be good looking but that's my bad for stereotyping feminists.

Only if you're training for something. I don't think anyone would do it without a goal. If only because your knee cartilage would be gone in 10 years.

Thank you for saying so, Vanilla!

Stereotypes about feminists are funny things, since how we appear has nothing to do with how we feel about equality for women and men. For example, I think of *you* as a feminist, and I feel *you* are very attractive. Plus you know how to use make-up well and I like how you cut your bangs to accentuate your dramatic eyes. (I checked out your pictures on MB a long time ago! ) I think of you as a feminist who knows how to use mascara!

I'm not too far away from stereotypes about feminists, though, Vanilla, even when I do dress up like I did for these pictures. How many non-feminists would have tufts of underarm hair showing?

Why did you have to point that out?

Yeah...I support feminism and all that but I gotta say that the armpit hair is still a no no. Not because I don't think women should have armpit hair, I just prefer women without it. Guys have to deal with this stuff too, though. I shave my face all the time because most women hate big ass beards.

You know, I've thought about what you've just said and I think you're on to something. I am a feminist in my own right, I believe in having respect given as a woman, standing up for my sisters in need and I do believe there is still a disgusting degree of men over-powering women for their own pleasure. I dated a Muslim and broke up with him simply due to my freedom being tarnished by his traditional ideals. He tried to start telling me who I could see, where I could go and then expected me to ask PERMISSION to go places with others.

Ridiculous no?

Anywho, thank you for your comments, I appreciate you saying that I'm attractive because there are some who might think I'm trying to cover up who I am by wearing make up, but to be honest I think it completes me.

I adore your cheekbones in particular!!!
