I don't know the intention of the black person. However it is my automatic first impression from experiences when I was young.

Mexicans are close but not as close as you! I've met a few well natured working class mexicans. I've met a really classy upscale one who would not do anything wrong that I could see.

So mexicans are hard worker however depends on who they are.
