The thread subscription system for MB actually utilizes a built-in component of your computer called "System32". When you subscribe to a thread your computer inputs data into System32 which contains information on notifications it sends to you. If you delete S32 it basically resets your cache and wipes notification data, which'll delete your thread subscription @ziggy
