That’s just obvious (I like Black Flag better)
Powerviolence is closely related to grindcore. It’s like hardcore fused with extreme metal. It’s often very political, bands are typically far left in association. Good lifting music.

Personally, I'd argue powerviolence isn't an actual genre of music, but it does exist. It's hard to describe exactly. Good bands; Spazz, dropdead, Crossed Out, In/Humanity, Afgrund, Despise You, and of course, Infest. |
