Psalm- A Love Supreme by John Coltrane

Coltrane wrote the poem and then played Psalm to the words. If that puts you in another dimension....there is another video of him playing "Alabama" with MLK Jr.'s eulogy being the base for what he played.

Amazing stuff.

I live about 20 minutes from his home town. Gonna go see the museum they have for him there when I get the chance.

Today is Saint John William Coltrane’s 93rd birthday. He died in 1967 at 40. I never shared the earth with John Coltrane.
