I know you're gonna think I'm crazy (halfway true) but here are some of my favorite blues tracks (in no particular order):

Lol and trust me, I know blues (although some of these tracks have a definite soul to them, the best blues IMO are soulful), I've been playing them for 15 years! These are goodies!

Prince - On The Couch

Robben Ford - Sweet Sixteen

Bill Withers - Hope She'll Be Happier (live at Carnegie)

Steppenwolf - Disappointment Number (Unknown)

Van Morrison - T.B. Sheets

Chickenshack - I'd Rather Go Blind

Taj Mahal - Statesboro Blues
Smile, don't take it too seriously!

Etta James ~ I'd Rather Go Blind, and although it's not pure blues, I love I Wish It Would Rain ~ The temptations
