Check out Jan Garbarek. He's a world-renowned Norwegian Tenor and Soprano sax player. He's absolutely fantastic, and he plays a lot of that Noir-type stuff you're looking for.

Nice to share this link. Six albums are listed in this list. I have enjoyed although albums. But I like most of them beyond this. I really fill noir-jazz music in those albums.
