I'm still on a Don Cherry adventure. I love this one, very kumbaya but it grooves really hard, and the little bells and things. And that amazing album cover
Don Cherry - Eternal Now

I just listened to this today as well. It's weird how beloved a person can become after death. I never fully appreciated the man until just this year.

Wild release on Tribe records. Lots of spoken word passages that range from profound to nonsense. Fantastic middle and end.

YES!!

Great to see and share the Milford love here. "Milford Graves, with Pullen, sounds like some kind of natural phenomenon. Like marveling at thunder's pitch and dynamics. He fills all the spaces with movement, change of direction." - Amiri Baraka
