Believe me after 30 years a nudist, the overwelming reaction by others seeing a nudist is laughter. Pretty normal after all these years.
I am 5'0" / 110# with 36G boobs so the common phrase I hear is, "holy ****, she is all boobs" or "I bet you don't sink in the pool". so pretty used to the humorous reactions.
