I love it. Play it every day where possible. I haven't paid much attention to the NBA recently though. The last thing I remember was Sprewell being banned (think he played for Golden State Warriors at the time). Shaq was still at the Hornets. Jordan retired (although I do recall some of his return with Washington). The US kicked ar$e at the Olympics (Dream Team II), unlike their recent abysmal performance. Iverson was drafted by Philly I think. Must have been about 6 or 7 years ago. '96 through to about 2000.
Coverage here in the UK is pretty sketchy. We used to have a regular 30min show and they'd show some live games. Not sure what we get now. Dave |
^Shaq never played for the Hornets, but yeah, that's a pretty long time you've been away.
It's worth watching for a few guys IMO Lebron James (Cavs), Dwayne Wade (Heat), Vince Carter (Nets), Tracy McGrady (Rockets), Allen Iverson (76ers), Jason Richardson/Baron Davis (Warriors), Rip Hamilton (Pistons). Still none as good as Kurt Rambis. http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com/nba/lala/RambisLA.jpg |
You're correct, it was Orlando Magic.
