Because if I attack him, im personally attacking people and mean.

Someone? Anyone? Beuhler?

What did you expect though? That everyone would just post their opinions maturely/sensibily either agreeing or disagreeing?

Well, when I was 14-15 I wouldn't have known about the intricacies involved in the American electoral system, the collation of votes, and the possibility of corruption within that system. I seriously doubt the majority of kids of 14 and 15 in America are going to know a particular amount on the pros, cons and otherwise of a united currency for the European "superstate".

A Politics forum works on another board I go on, simply because the vast majority of posters are late 20's, early 30's, and most of them actually work directly in industries where these sorts of topics are of importance. There's still a load of mud slinging and petty insulting over there mind, age barriers are no way of stopping immaturity on T3H INT3RN3T.

Ok let me pace this out here:

Urban has a concern. I answered him. The Hello Kitty puts words in my mouth and tries to make is seem as if my addressing of Urbans concern was to make myself look superior.

Back to you Vanilla.

There was a question mark at the end of it you know, although he does make a good point. Are you particularly interested in how much a 14 year old from America knows about EU rebates?

I think there is too many assumptions being taken from comments, people are taking it too liturally.

I didn't feel that you're trying to be superior, just because you're interested in Politics doesn't make you better. It's an interest, not an IQ test.

So if people can stop taking everything personally (e.g. age), and post some better ideas, then this might work. Do you think the Admin will want a Politics forum if people are being petty?

If a Politics forum is created, the ones that want it will post in it, those who don't will keep away.

Tell me franscar, what is it you want from this, because you never seem to end. Do I care? No, I don't think I do, but I would like a back and forth.

Do you care what a 14 year old from America knows about music?

Yes. As some of them on here have recommended albums that I have gone out, bought, and enjoyed. Which I kinda figured was the original intention of the site.

i don't even know what to say about this thread.....why is there so much discussion over this? i've pm-ed greg, he'll eventually let us know what he thinks, i certainly don't think the idea merits a bitch fight of such rediculous proportions.....
