^You'd rather them me on welfare, homeless, or some dead end minimum wage job?

It's not their fault they're over there. They never asked to be. For some people the armed forces is the only good stable job they can get. That's the only reason why my uncle is in the navy. If you're going to be mad at anyone be mad at the government they're the ones who sent them.
