If I was to guess you would most likely go into shock and your vision goes as the moisture starts to dry out. just guessing so take it with grain of salt then.

I don't think shock would be a factor.
I knew a lad who had his eye removed and washed after an accident at work. No shock involved.
What interests me the most is staring yourself in the eye while experiencing two different backgrounds. Two different fields of vision.
