Now you're diving into something completely different. If you figure out that they're really the same person they've been saying they are (psychically) then its most likely they aren't a cyber stalker or anything (depending on the age, cause obviously its a middle aged man chances are somethings going on, but if its a teenage girl thats different). And well duh its okay to meet them, if you've figured out its not some creep and yes they could act completely different offline (people typically do) but you're meeting them.
Also, you don't have to learn everything about someone before you meet them, I wouldn't go revealing every little secret about myself to anyone online.
I'd also like to add, people are using the internet at their own risk. They're posting photos of themselves at their own risk, they're giving out their IM/Email addresses at their own risk. They're meeting up with this person at their own risk.
