Definitely music. It's been my drug of choice for many years. It has the ability to alter my state of mind in exactly the way I want (relax, party, memory lane, emotional release, etc.)

I'll never get enough of it.

For me, it's Beer, Cigarettes, and Beer. I've actually cut down quite a bit on beer (mostly micro-brews, not water like Budweiser...yuck!), but I still smoke a lot: I think I average over half a pack/day. I'm trying to quit that too and get to the gym. I'm doing the gym part 4 days/week, but not the smoking yet

That's not a lot at all. I started out on a half a pack a day. Now I'm a full 2 packer. You have time to quit yet.
