Ive gotten in a bad way a few times with sleeping pills. I feel I became more depndant on those than almost everything else ive encountered.

I am addicted to Soda... My teeth are suffering from it, I went to Diet soda a year ago because I wanted to ease off the sugar for my teeth but Diet is still corrosive. I cant drink Normal soda anymore it taste way to sweet for me. which was something I couldnt say a year ago. I hated Diet till I forced myself (This makes me seem like I got bad teeth, I dont Just like having them, because I know 25 years from now I might not due to soda)

If I go like day without caffeine from soda I get ****ing a headache from hell..... Its an addiction I think I need to find a way to quit soon.

Oh I cant go a day without the internet... Holy ****. A day without the internet is hell on earth for me... Ill pacing around not knowing what to do.

My uncle actually has health problems directly related to years and years of drinking diet coke.

Diet drinks are really bad for you because of the aspartame in them... Aspartame is the basis for many products that substitute real sugar and has been proven to lead to a variety of health issues.

It always make me laugh my ass off when people order a shedload of junk food and then finish it off with a diet coke! Oh yeah, like that's going to make a difference to a meal that has half of your calorific intake for the day already
