People being addicted to their phones is out of control.

Probably procrastinating and putting the impractical before the practical.

Also, when I *do* find some activity interesting, I'll involve myself in it longer and more intensely than I probably should...but I enjoy that so much that I don't stop! So, maybe this does mean I'm addicted to myself.

Oh...I try to pick up crumbs as soon as I see them, but that's more like a phobia of bugs invading my house than an addiction to cleanliness.

Maybe it's also partly a parent thing, Burning Down. Since little children will usually eat anything they can find on the floor (hence the term "crumb-snatchers" for little kids), I got used to picking up anything edible quickly. I'm afraid a habbit kind of turned into a compulsion!

I can happily ignore dust for quite a while, but if I see a crumb I pretty much have got to sweep it up or else my mind will give me no peace. Uh-oh. Maybe I *am* a clean freak!!
