Two books - one Paul McKenna with a self-hypnosis CD, and another general work book type thing that looks pretty good.

Couldn't find anything today in Tesco that took my fancy - was quite disappointed to come away empty handed!!

hmmm, I bought Knife of Dreams (Robert Jordan) Which I have been meaning to read for ages, then...a REALLY nice chicken and lettuce sandwich. mmmmm, just thinking about it is making me hungry...
