White Europeans are the only group of people in this country who HAVEN'T been subject to discrimination, minorities exert no power over the white majority and therefore, in technical terms it is not possible for a minority to be racist.

Back in the 1920's up through the 1960's and 70's do you really think that black people had as much of a chance to climb the social ladder as whites? Since their parents lived in the hood and were poor, consequently they live in the hood and are poor. Not because they gave up some much better previous live to live in a run down apartment in the ghettos.
