Jesus, Oojay are you thick or do you just like pointless arguements?

A shows run is classed as when it`s originally aired for the first time, For example Doctor Who ran from 1963-1989 , it was shown all over the world in loads of countries after 1989 but nobody classed it as a current show , because it wasn`t being made.

Clear now?

I never claimed it was still airing new episodes. But if it airs on TV, reguardless of being a sundicated re-run, then technically it still draws ratings. And if the show just went off last season, then I figured you people would still want to discuss it, seeing as it was/is the best show on american television. So did I try to classify it as a current show? No. Is it the best show, reguardless of moron's and brits who have never seen it, and still insist on bitching and moaning and splitting hairs? Yes.

Then you say 'I know what you meant but I wasn`t referring it in that context' instead of prolonging this rubbish.

Oh and it`s been shown in Britain for years.

American movies and tv fails apart from Kevin Smith and Cartoons. I'd take the take the best American comics over the best British comics any day.

Yeah, Kevin Smith is quite good. "Jersey Girl" and "Clerks" and "Jay and Silent Bob" are great. And as far as comcs, how 'bout "The Adventures of Bluntman and Chronic"

Must be a national thing. I think British comics are much better than American ones with a couple of exceptions (Bill Hicks , Will Durst , Steven Wright & Denis Leary before he sold out)

I like both, actually. It's so broad, you can't classify an entire market of an entire country, for the past century to another country's.

It's like comparing crabs and whales. Fishy. -hahahahahahaaaa-

I Don't like much american comedy... pretty much just Family Guy and Bill Hicks.

British comedy... i love The League of Gentlemen, The Mighty Boosh, Alan Partridge, NATHAN BARLEY!, Dylan Moran.. even Nighty Night and Two pints of lager and a packet of crisps. i absolutely HATE little britain though (and the all-female Tittybangbang). what is funny about the same 10 or so sketches repeated over and over?
