So if you do not disregard it, then why don't you kill the people whom you are commanded to kill in Leviticus 20?

You may as well transcibe all of Leviticus 20, where Christians are commanded to kill:

Those who engage in incest
Disobedient children
Men who marry their wives and their wives mothers
Men who engage in sexual intercourse with their wives while their wives are menstrating
Sabbath breakers*
Blasphemers
Unbelievers
Those who engage in beastiality

The list is almost 25 verses long.

*There is a great story in Numbers where the Israelites find a man collecting sticks on the sabbath. They arrest him and take him to Moses. Moses asks God what to do about it and God says "This man shall surely be put to death"
