Right-track maybe i just didnt follow your instructions properly, i logged into the admin user....then go down to the bottom of what? a black box appears assumingly wanting me to type in a code with nothing else around it i typed in bacht.bat and nothing and then i went into ctrl alt and del to try and open something from there but internet explorer wasnt having it so i had to go through the whole shut down restart routine and i dunno, any ideas?

install some software, but only way to do it is in an admin account, so i need to get in, and guessing the password can be ruled out immediately
