I haven't tasted that, the only downside was that it was so damn tough, but it's okay, since that's exactly what made me feel like a trve predator. It was actually very enjoyable with cranberries.

depends on how it's cooked

we just boil it or fry it for a little while - you overcook it, it becomes very tough

Well, our food provider (Sodexo) most certainly cannot afford to fail with the food, so they cooked it and it was like black.

Yes, actually that would make one soooooooooooo trve predator, but apparently a few individuals even looked at the pig's liver in the first place (we always have two different kinds of food + two vegetarian)

I think almost any liver tastes nice, but goose is probably still my favourite ("Pate du Fois Gras"). I'm certainly prepared to try anything new.
