anybody can have an animated one, you either have to find one online thats the right size, or make your own. (i made mine, theres a couple free gif animator programs around you can use)

JASC Animation Shop3

thats the one i use, its free to "try" it for 30 days. I just end up deleting it and reloading it when the trial period runs out.
