As much as I hate to say it, I think the best option is to be frank with him. Look you suck at bass, songwriting, your name's Bob, and you're a jackass. I vote you out.

ive got one big question cuz i think the prsn the posted this was zak and if it is u did not start the band me kevin and ish started it no im sry KEVIN started it u pushed kevin back to bass cuz u cant play anything else but the guitar
