I love tai chi. And yoga. They're the perfect blend of flowing and stillness. Of yin and yang. I've not been ill in 15 years and put it down to tai chi and yoga. Tai chi is beautiful to watch too:

I have learned tai chi. When I was in middle high school, tai chi was an Obligatory course. When we have this class,my all classmates didn't like and always complained. But I was very willing to learn it. So my classmates thought that I was too strange.
Hi,friend. I really like the background music. Thanks for sharing!

Tai chi was obligatory at your school? Nice. I imagine you're pretty proficient by now.

My mother taught my brother and myself yoga when we were 8 and 5 respectively. That wasn't really obligatory, but I liked it too, and still do over 30 years later.

I used to do both of those, but I haven't in years. I started doing yoga in the 70's as a kid (I was a strange lad), and I studied Tai Chi when I was practicing Zen Buddhism in the mid to late 90's. I used to go here to meditate. I've forgotten most of what I learned, but I plan on getting back into it.
