I never claimed to be an "elitest" I hate that word because it just means you think you're better than everyone else. I used the term "goddess" because I'm the girl all the guys see at nearly all the metal shows in "the D" and they recognize me and respect the fact that I'm one of very few chicks in Michigan that show up, KNOW the damn music and headbang with the best of them. And, like I said, its a very minor genre in Michigan, especially Detroit. So to actually find a girl that's very much interested in that stuff is very, very rare. Men are suprised when they hear my favorite music and it's hard to find someone to talk about it with since everyone I talk to looks at me with confusion when I name off even the biggest names in the genre like Blind Guardian and Sonata Arctica.

I just claimed to know quite a few bands and actually listen to them and I know a bit of background on the bands. I don't claim to know everything about them, but I know a tad.

How many girls do you know that know their shit when it comes to symphonic metal?

^Possibly in an area of the world where its popular. I'm fairly certain they're more popular in Europe than they'll ever be in the U.S.(correct me if I'm wrong, Europeans). I'm the only one in my town that I know of, and I know quite a lot of people.
