I knew someone who permatripped, they drank a glass of orange juice or something about 30 minutes after taking some hits, they took too much, and ended up thinking they were a glass of orange juice.
For a while this guy lived with his mom in his room, fearful that he would be "spilled", but after some time had passed she checked him into a mental asylum.
It was pretty damn sad.
