Not sure. I'm done a lot of acid, never had a flashback.
Were you tripping when you had the flashback? That neck position theory sounds like the kind of thing a person would think when they're tripping. A friend of mine, while tripping, had to tilt his head to the left otherwise the floor would go all mosaic and shifty. Haha.
