Take a break. You need to experience some days where you have 0 expectation of getting stoned.

Agreed. In the past whenever I've gone like 2-3 days without smoking the "addiction" was over.

That's the plan. I'm going to take a few days away from it because I'm finding that i'm becoming far too needy of it and that shouldn't be the way to go about it.
