Buy Online Without a "Credit Card"?

I just wanted to find out if it is possible to buy things online without paying via credit card? Website like amazon etc.. I have been reading about debit cards but not really interested as there is a number of fees and i wont be using it all that often.

Is there any such thing as a pre paid visa in australia? I found bopo but has rather large upfront costs, is a monthly thing and i've heard problems with compatibility with certain online sites. There is also canvas card which is a little cheaper but a monthly card also.

i just basically want to deposit some money and be able to buy one off purchases online.

Any help would be great please.

Use a debit card , they don't have fees. It's YOUR money.

Yeah I think they should do it immediately too. But until they smarten up, just wait three days before you buy more stuff.

what about paypal?
or money order?

^Paypal requires a credit card. And money orders take time to send. I'm pretty sure he's interested in instant gratification.

What are you trying to buy anyways?

A debit card and official ISP email address will get you a paypal account and the fees are non existent really. If you still have your debit card it could be an option. axelmusic.com takes Paypal and are so easy to use and fairly cheap for media products.

This card seems to function like a debit card. I guess debit card is the best. You don't loose (in case) more than the prepaid amount.
