I picked it because I broke my neck in 2002 in an accident, but I think it also sounds kind of cool.

there was this gangster named Johnny Rosselli that was from chicago, and basiclly blackmailed the stars and producers with gambling problems into doing what he wanted. he also gave them loans with 9% intrest for every 2 days over its due, and jumpstarted Frank Sinatras career. he died arond the day i was born and his nickname was gentleman johnny, because he was such a smoofth talker. plus, i bet on a horse named gentleman johnny, and he turned my 10 into a 30.

So I'm just curious as to where people get their user names from. are they nick names, have hidden meanings or just made up on the spot?

Mine is a nickname an ex girlfriend gave to me. As in I go like one!

majority of the team are american ex-pats they gave me the name
