I could ask my mom, she used to be deeply involved in drug law, but that would cause awkward questions that I don't want.

this happened along time ago and for some reason its come back up almost a year later so dont give me **** now and all im looking for is advice on what i should say in court and this is my only run in with the law and till the other night i havent had to talk to the police sense that happend eraly last year

they said most likely not but if i do it wouldnt be for more than a month

imm gonna get charged with 4 class A misdamenors

so its the worst possible thing they siad would be $1000 fine 6 months of probationa nd drug test a curfew and a year of good behavior after

oo and 50 hours of community service
but i might just get intervention which is what im rooting for and my first hearing thing is tommorrow

I could....Last time I asked legal advice about drugs for a friend it ended up biting me in the ass, but if the opportunity comes up where it won't be super awkward i'll ask.

i was holding on to my friends meds (i dont know why) then my friend decide to steal something at a store and for some dumb reason i did too which is really out of character for me considering its something im opposed to and yeah got searched you can piece it all together from there and 8.5 months later im getting in trouble

Make sure what you tell the court is consistent with what you tell the police and I wouldn't try to lie to make yourself look better.

yeah ill tell try and tell them what i aid but it was so long ago i cant even remember what exactly happend or what i said
