Male men? Are there other kinds of men?

I have a tattoo on the left side of my ribcage. It's basically the 'Coexist' symbol, but I added a few little flourishes here and there to personalize it. I'm glad it's there because I can look down and see it, and I still like the tattoo over a year later. Definitely something that I believe in.

I now have the Black Flag bars on the inside of my left ankle. They're only a few days old, but they look pretty awful, since they were done in a drunken stupor by someone who didn't know what they were doing.

...I'm going to get them redone eventually when I have some money.

i sincerely have the worst Black Flag "bars" on earth....upper left arm

seriously i did them myself while drunk and with a guitar string/walkman home made gun(that should give you an idea of how long ago...'97 i think)....i was bleeding so much that my entire arm was covered in ink and blood...so my friends stopped me after filling in only one of the bars!....i then in a drunken rage tattooed 'x's all over the bars

years later when getting those hearts done in a real shop....i asked the artist how much he would charge me to spiff up my bars...he told me he wouldn't do it....cause it was sooooo punk

so there you go....i'm to punk to get my ****ty tattoos redone

to most, my tattoos would probably seem boring, they're tiny and if it wasn't my life they wouldn't be anything special. but, they both mean more to me than anybody could realize just by looking at them. my dad passed away in march, 2009 of cancer and they both serve as a reminder of him. when I look at them, I think about him and smile.

these were his initials, I actually got this one second..

and this is just my middle name, which I get made fun of for having on my wrist, but that's what he called me by, never my first name. and always with a smile in his eyes..

A definite reason to have a tattoo for sure. I would probably do something similar.
