there's a guy on my facebook who is in my math class despite turning 20 soon (i'm 17, and my peers are 16)
I keep him on my facebook because it's funny! he recently got a really bad tattoo!


seriously, are tattoo artists allowed to intervene in a choice of tattoo because this is a bad decision.

Why would they? They are getting paid for it regardless. Also it isn't their decision to make it's the person that is getting the tattoo. The responsibility of it is solely on them.

An artist doesn't have to do what they don't want though.
I know more than one who would refuse to tattoo your significant other's name on your face, for instance.
