Sleep

recently i've been having trouble sleeping,....i cant get to sleep,....or when i do, i sleep for abit and then wake up, and an unable to get back to sleep,....

i've tried everything,.....otc sleep aids,.....booze,....i've up my running and yoga in hopes it would help me sleep,......

so,.......i ask you,......what gets you to sleep?

I can't sleep at all, 5:30AM now, which is ample proof.

i hear ya,...i've been gettin to sleep around 4 am myself,.....

have you always been like that?
mine runs in spurts,.....almost like a manic depressive cycle,......
it was much worse when i was younger and runnin the bars every night

I usually count backwards from 1000. If that fails, chug some NyQuill and smoke some KB.

ahhh,...gotcha,....
i've not smoked in two years now,.....wouldnt even begin to know where to get it now,.....

that did, work pretty well for me though,.....

I spent $100 on 1/4oz last night, i hadnt smoked since last year and it was purely majestic stuff.

when i was smokeing, i was not a productive person,......
i mainly used it as self medication and not for recreation,....

when i was smokeing, i didnt want to do anything but smoke and write
