Haha, I can't prove that, but what I do know is that he goes around posting that on loads of different forums.

I always found that They Might Be Giants are easy to listen to regardless of mood so I'll recommend them.

Other than that I'll recommend you check out The Band, The The, !!!, and Chumbawamba's earlier more punk material.

I did find more people talking about it, but is seems to be static buildup on the headphone cords.
