Incredibly urgent (tickets, show, quote, Hang)

I've got no clue how this happened.

But, alas, it did. You know how when you log onto vista it comes up with the login accounts right... Well, my laptop froze, so i had to reset it, and it somehow wiped my whole user account. This would really only piss me off a little bit ussually, but, I had some print off tickets to a festival on there. Now, if anyone knows whats happened. Pllleeaseeee tell me. It also says when I log in that theres something wrong with my account and it's like a temp account or something, and any changes I make to the account will be deleted once I log off.
