I asked a girl out last week, and she turned me down. This really shook me cause I thought we had an obvious mutual attraction. I was positive she liked me, and it turned out she doesn't. Ive been depressed and lonely the last week partly as a result, and have been slowly feeling better every day.

I was excited for today, because winter session classes started up and they give me something to do, as opposed to moaning around my house. Well I walked up to the building my class was in, and I look up and guess who is holding the door open for me? Yeah. She's taking a class right next door to mine every morning at the same time. Its going to be interesting to say the least.

Oh well. I'm just going to act casual about it all and pretend it never happened.

My sinus infection still isn't gone after 2nd round of antibiotics and it sucks because i'm super dizzy and my mom shrank my cashmere sweater which cost me an arm and a leg and now i am SO mad.

She's joking. I'm not sure if she's been there - unlike me!! I camped out on the ice for 7 days so technically I've lived their briefly.

And people do live there, they stay in the bases for a whole year sometimes.

She is. But I think she's from way out East which may very well be like Antarctica. I don't know, I've never been further east than Montreal
